Want to become slim
I want to lose my weight and become slim. My thighs are very fat and I have folds in my bellies. But I don't have time to do exercises and dieting .

There is only one thing to get slim diet and exercises. Do one thing start with very low suger diet and low oil. And do at least 20 min walk

Exercise for 15min for ur thigh is enough.do regularly,y will fit for long time
