Toning lower body
I have a pear shaped body, which gives me a very slim upper body and a fatter lower body. I am prone to getting cellulite on my hips and thighs. Will squats reduce the appearance of cellulite and will doing rigorous lower body workouts also make me lose weight on my upper body? I do not want to lose weight on my upper body since I am already slim.
