Have done full health checkup for my dad, 60years of age. His report has increased Uric Acid, Cretanine and moderate decrease in eGFR. Need to know if there is any serious impact.
Please suggest me which doctor should we visit?

1.Harmogram
2.Serum electrolytes.
3.Serum calcium ,phosphorus levels.
4.Urine routine
5.sonography (abdomen+pelvis)for kidney size.
