You will require clinical examination with physician,cardiologist, gynecologist,ent surgeon etc with relevant investigations like CBC,lipid profile, thyroid profile,ECG,echo,usg abdomen,audiometry, stool routine, urine routine etc....Consult nearest medical college hospital they will do the needful..or use practo app to find the same.
