I want to know what test should we regularly do for a 58yr old to keep their health in check. To prevent them from diseases and health issues such as heart attack, cardiac arrest, immune system related, etc. What all things should we do to keep them healthy and fit?

For a 58 yr old, there are many tests to do like routine hematological tests,as well as systems related tests...for example.per say.. in order to know your heart functioning we need to run a few particular tests..that is to be dealt by direct consultation
Daily exercise for 30mts atleast....taking a balanced diet...try not to be sedentary...as you are becoming older go to regular checkups and follow instructions of a doctor
Physical activity and stretching only to the limit till that are comfortable. Watch on water intake and diet control. Everything will depend on the results of the tests
