Health anxiety and ibs
Hi All, I am suffering from health anxiety and ibs simulatenously. I have been taking medication for health anxiety and panic attacks from last 4 years. I have been examined thoroughly with blood tests ecg and mri by doctor and tests have confirmed there is no physical condition except for cholestrol for which i am taking Aztor 10. Aztor 20 was prescribed initally now lipid profile is under control. Consulting psychiatrist is not always available and hence i want to change my treating doctor. Will it effect anything if i change my doctor due to unavailability or do i need to stick to the same. Please provide your valuable suggestions

Very important To take therapy along with medicine These are deep rooted fear which comes in the form of anxiety fear We can overcome it.. U need to be consistent with treatment plan
