I mam.i am 27 year married boy.i am feel very week and hunger very poor. I want to be healthy and weight gain. Suggest me any good vitamin or syrup or any powder...pls advised me.....

Hi apart from balanced diet ,u can take little more dairy products, green salad, soup, two times,stew veg,some times non veg, more water ,no constipation more fibre rich foods. sleep 8 hrs,no stress , work & should appetite hand in hand . u can add protien supplement like Protinex two times.

Supplements are not good for health...Avoid junk foods,add extra calories to your diet,have 4 to 5 meals rather than large 3...add protein rich foods and healthy fats to diet for e.g..egg white...add fibre rich foods like green leafy veggies,carrots,Apple, etc. Add green tea to your diet .you have to eat more foods high in amino acids,calcium, zinc, iron, copper and magnesium...do regular exercise without failure......consult dietitian they will do the needful.
