Healing foods for.achillies tendonitis
Hello, I have been suffering from plantar fascitis and achillies tendonitis since last March. I have taken physiotherapy sessions but didn't get healed. I have been doing hot and cold tub bath..twice a day. What are healing foods for This and in what quantity should.i take? I am vegetation. Thanks
