I have headache for most of times, earlier used to have vertigo too which stopped for sometime. But now have both vertigo and headache since yesterday. Fluid is coming out of my ears

As per your description you might have chronic otitis media unsafe type.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..get an CT scan temporal bone if required..
