Hello, Having severe headache since last night taken paracetamol 500 still not getting any relief .can i take saridon in  pregnancy (3rd month) for headache. Need help

Please measure BP first. You can apply amrutanjan headache roll on for symptomatic relief. Paracetamol is fine and saridon is the same thing.Unfortunately it is not advisable to take any other painkillers in first trimester. Consult with gynaecologist if symptoms persist and BP is high.
