What's ur age? When was the c- section done?? Was there any issues ? If not then easy reasons are there - have u checked ur bp ? Any anxiety issue ? There might be a vitamin deficiency too. Need more proper details than will prescribe u the perfect medication. U r not allow to take any pain reliever. There are specific pain reliever and supportive medication design for ur health status.
