Headache problem
Very usual to get heavy headed or headache and many times it gets increased to extreme. Sometimes gets reduced with painkiller tablets sometimes not and sustain for a day or so. What could be treatment for same, please advice. Tried neurologist and for to know it's migraine earlier but didn't help much and so didn't continue the treatment.

Hello, avoid any flavor edible or bodyly, CHEES, PANEER beetle nut mukhwash etc
Tab cephagrain two times a day after food for three days or as required.
Tab sibelium 10 mg one at night as required.
Avoid spicy fried greasy junk food or food from outside.plenty of liqids.ok.
