Hi .. don't worry .. pls check ur bp for it might be a reason for head ache .. don't take too many pain killers .. stick on to paracetamol .. keep following ur cardiologist for medicine change and other issues .. no side effect for kidneys definitely with one painkiller .. but since ur diabetic keep checking ur renal function every 3-6 months once
