Continue previous medications Along with take tab paracetamol 650mg Tds Also tab pantop-40 . Consume luke warm water Take rest

First of all go for RTPCR to rule out covid and for symptoms take pcm500 3 times per day. Continue your previous medications. If comes out positive then consult with your physician or with me on practo app

Take dolo 650 after food. That will take care of fever and bodyache. Get tested for covid 19 by Rtpcr and dont stop medicines for bp.
