Headache for 3days with nose jam

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I had a severe headache on left side of head on which last for 2days and then the pain went on to right side which last for 1day. I had this headache for overall 3 days... This headache was not through out the day but there was a relief after taking rest in between. During this period I also catch up with cold... Need advise...
