It sounds like migraine related headache or cervical spondylosis . Do take an X-ray to rule out spondylosis especially if you sit long hours in front of compute .If it is migraine then avoid aggravating factors and medication can be taken
Next Steps
Avoid chocolate, cheese , coffee, tea

Most likely, this could be due to excessive computer work too, if u have .. Follow rules to avoid that ... Barrage laser ideally should not cause such symptoms .

As before said your symptoms are not due to barrage laser. It suggests migrain, glaucoma or if flashes of light present then retinal detachment but headache won't be associated with it. Please take online or in person consultation of ophthalmologist and physician.

Barrage laser does not lead to neck discomfort or pain. Headache associated with the other symptoms that you are having may be suggestive of migraine. If you are having flashes of light, then you need a detailed retinal evaluation. Light sensitivity and headache can also be due to increased intraocular pressure which warrants an ophthalmic examination.
Next Steps
Consider online or physical consultation with both ophthalmologist and physician
