Hello maam.  Greetings. It is a viral infection you have acquired that is causing alll these issue. I would suggest you to start on tab. Pcm 500mg thrice a day,  tab. Levocet 5mg twice a day and tab. Folvite 5mg once a day. Please get your a hemograme and RMT  done at any lab. Thank you!
