With this in complete history of headache from last two years very difficult to reach any conclusion the headache should be described in the form of its duration severity,time of occurrence, It’s radiation does it present throughout the day any other associated symptoms you are facing beside the headache kindly consult with a complete history because some of the causes of headache are curable while the causes like brain tumour which had a constant headache throughout the day for a long period of time or any intracranial lesion can cause this
