I have a bad headache frequently while in the middle of sleep (If I wake up, I notice this) and after waking up in morning. It'll continue for like an hour or so and then fade away. What can be the reason for this. I suffer tightness in left side of neck and upper traps (left side) and this headache is kind of pulsating. Is it due to nerve, sleep posture or the muscle tightness?
