Dear Patient,  Your symptoms—**dizziness and headache triggered by positional changes**, especially after starting a new exercise routine—could stem from multiple factors. Here’s a structured analysis:  --- ### **Possible Causes:**  1. **Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV)**     - Tiny crystals in the inner ear dislodge → **brief vertigo when moving head**.     - **Test**: Dix-Hallpike maneuver (performed by a doctor).  2. **Dehydration or Electrolyte Imbalance**     - New exercise + inadequate fluid intake → **low blood pressure/dizziness**.  3. **Cervical Spine Misalignment**     - Poor posture during workouts → **neck muscle tension → referred headache**.  4. **Migraine Variant**     - Position changes may trigger **vestibular migraines** (dizziness + headache).  --- ### **Immediate Solutions:**  ✔ **Epley Maneuver** (For BPPV – YouTube tutorials can guide, but doctor supervision is best).  ✔ **Hydration**: Drink 2-3L water/day + electrolytes (ORS/coconut water).  ✔ **Neck Stretches**: Gentle rotations to relieve muscle tension.  --- ### **When to Seek Urgent Care?**  ⚠️ **Vomiting, double vision, or fainting** → Rule out neurological issues.  --- **For a personalized treatment plan, consult me.**  📱 **WhatsApp**: **Eight Zero Zero Nine Eight Two One Three Three Two
