Head swinging - guidiness
For my mother, she has diabetes for last 10 years. In the last 2 years she used to have guidiness head swinging issue. We have done MRI and other test but nothing found. Issue was not there for sometime. Now she is getting guidiness head swinging issue in the last two issue. Please advise what could be the issue and which doctor should be consulted?

It could be due to neurological issues or related to inner  ears .Being a diabetic peripheral neuropathy can result in dizziness and loss of balance.She should be evaluated by both neurologist and ENT specialist to determine the cause of dizziness.

She is diabetic. So I presume that she must be being treated by some Physician. And the same Physician must have advised MRI and other Investigations. I hope you have consulted the Doctor who advised MRI and other Investigations. Please ask your doctor if she needs a consultation with a Neurophysician or an ENT specialist.

According to your query and sign and symptom you want to know about the disease and cause and it's best Treatment as you have mentioned as  above as head swinging with giddiness.
