You seem to be more specifically suffering from high diastolic BP compared to systolic bp. Needs dedicated history taking and physical examination in addition to relevant blood investigations. However correct method of measurement and pre-measurement circumstances needs to be assessed first.
Next Steps
Get evaluated by a doctor physically at a clinic/hospital. Lifestyle adjustment is the single most important intervention here. Salt-restriction(< 1/2 tsp/ day), brisk walking (min 30 mins a day, 5 days a week, with no gap of 2 consecutive days), aerobic exercises, avoid fast and processed food, avoid spicy, salted meals, meditation and good and  adequate sleep hygiene always helps.Avoid any addiction. Next get blood tests done for CBC,CRP,TSH,FT4,Lipid Profile,Na,K,Ur,Cr. Can also get a routine ECG done.
Health Tips
Can get back with the above test results and relevant personal history and family history of similar illness for more personalised consultation.

Please seek a proper consultation with a General Physician in your area, daily visit. At the age of 29 years you have such serious problems.  Many investigations including a complete ENT check up and CT Scan head are required.

Your readings are borderline-high, but they do not by themselves confirm hypertension. Persistent head heaviness and dizziness need an in-person examination, not repeated checking alone. Measure BP seated after 5 minutes, morning and evening for 7 days, and bring the log. Please book a consultation with me on Practo or visit Synergy Multispeciality Hospital, Miraj for assessment.

BP readings show predominantly elevated diastolic BP with occasional higher readings. Hypertension not yet confirmed. Advise standardized 7-day home BP monitoring/consider 24-h ABPM, lifestyle modification and clinical evaluation for persistent elevation. Head heaviness/dizziness warrants clinical and neurological assessment rather than attributing symptoms solely to BP.

Your BP log over the last two weeks keeps touching 130 to 144 systolic. That pattern, paired with two weeks of head heaviness, is worth an in-person check rather than more home monitoring alone.
Next Steps
Please see a physician with this full log so they can examine you and decide if it's early hypertension or something else behind the dizziness.
Health Tips
Don't start any BP medicine on your own from what you've read online, this needs a proper diagnosis first.
