My son is 2 years old he often does" yes yes " or "no no " like head nodding when he angry or want to communicate, breastfeeding, when he is bored but he is easily distracted when we call his name or touch him, sometimes he makes sound with these movements like "hmmm". He generally do 2 to 3 sec and stop . Is this normal behaviour?

Please get a detailed Development Screening done in person. ( language , attention , eye contact and other similar tasks are being evaluated) . Also record video of child when such episode occurs for proper review.
This type of behaviour can range from being normal ( which improves with age in children) to some behaviour disorder.
Next Steps
Get in person consultation for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Child with reduced attention span and nit able to express with words but by gestures needs evaluation to rule out behavioral disturbances/disorders
Next Steps

- developmental screening and ADHD screening if necessary
Hello there, you should record video and share, so proper description and actions can be seen , if it's normal or not.
Mostly your description seems normal. But better to evaluate to prevent any complications later. Do consult online and get prescribed properly with history.
At 2 yrs of age : should talk 2 word sentences
Should respond when we call him his name
So looks like some delayed mile stones are there
Urgently take to Pediatrician physically to evaluate further
