Is it lagging partially or completely? Till now head control Usually develops. Is baby's birth history totally uneventful or something happened like baby cried immediately or after few minutes...?

Usually babies attained head control by 4 months, if there is no history of delayed cry or other significant perinatal event. Look for any abnormalities in other developmental domains also beside motor development
