It's typhoid test report showing NEGATIVE
At this time fever means you should think of covid
Get RTPCR done for him
Start.. Tab. Doxycycline 100mg BD
Tab. Limcee 500mg twice daily
Tab. Dolo 650mg thrice a day
Tab. Zincovit once a day

Report was done for typhoid but it's negative so no typhoid

Fever with chills ..get RTPCR done as soon as possible.Continue paracetamol 650 ..8 hourly.Need to be well hydrated (2.5 to 3 + lt of water). Isolate him in a well ventilated room.online/ offline consultation is a must if fever persist.
