Hcg injection side effects
Hello, iam 26yrs old and iam taking infertility treatment and seeing the fs scan they have given hcg injection it was 2 months now each month wen ever I take the injection immediately my burning sensation in the vaginal goes high and still I haven't recovered from burning sensation but as per doctor there is no infection in the vagina as such but after passing urine my burning sensation goes really high please suggest what to do even my urine culture and routine r normal

HCG  may cause local allergy or a rash on the skin. In most rare cases it may even cause an anaphylactic reaction. But causing a burning sensation in the vagina is not a known side effect of HCG.  That will need local treatment.

Take plenty of fluids. Take Nitrofurantoin 100mg BD for 7 days

Regarding sensation is unrelated to the injection Get a papsmear  and vaginal swab culture to find out the reason for the burning

Dont worry get one usg abdomen and pelvis to see hydronephrosis or pid
