Hcg injection during pregnancy
Hi doctor my wife is 6 weeks pregnant and we had our first scan yesterday, doctor said report was normal. But since my wife is 33 years now and concieved at this age, doctor told us she will give hcg injection 5000 iu to prevent any chance of abortion. Later when I checked online for the injection it says not advisable for pregnant women as it may cause birth anomalies in the child but she has asked us to take for every week till 6 weeks, Is this advisable, please help...
