Bhcg Titers more than 100 are confirmatory for pregnancy
Yes pregnancy can be absolutely asymptomatic
If titers are not doubling in 48 hours it could be an ectopic pregnancy

It's possible that there are no symptoms.
But HCG not doubling in 48 hrs indicates nonviable pregnancy.
