Iam tested RBS by glucometer after 2 hrs of meals it shows as 138. Iam not believe glucometer then go to lab and tested my hba1c value.as shown in below
HBA 1C value 4.5
Mean average blood glucose 82
RBS 79.
What is accurate i mean glucometer or lab tested manual and hba1c .
Pls suggest.

Hello..glucometer readings sometimes shows variation upto 15 to 20 percent... So lab tests are always better.. Your Hb1Ac is well within targets.. So don't worry.. Your wt is on higher side so if u try to reduce few kgs it will be great for prevention of diabetes..!!
