My hba1c is 5.9.I am doing exercise daily and maintaining my diet. So how to reduce the hba1c value to normal range? My fasting sugar is 85 after eating it is 112.

Hi., HbA1C is an average of 3 months sugar levels. So need to worry. It's in control. Continue exercise and diet. Engage in activities that you admire, like traveling sports etc. Also plan for yoga and breathing exercises. Adequate sleep is also must. All the best
