I have done my HBA1C TEST and result value is 5.9. Fasting blood glucose is 84, Post mean glucose is 104. My age is 21 yrs. Doing activity 5 days a week. Weight is normal what to do?

Hi., reports are good except HBA1C. Don't get stressed about this. Just eat healthy, practice yoga and exercise. You'll be fine.
