HBA1C going High
My Father's HBA1C continue growing whenever we go for the test. As a side effect, it started affecting kidneys as well. So I would like to bring HBA1c from 8.5 to at least 6.5. He is taking medicines, but I would like to introduce diabetic diet to him which could help to lower the HBA1C score.

Dietary modifications alone can not lower down HbA1C by 2%. You will need to modify his medicines too. Share the complete details with fresh reports of fasting and post lunch sugars.
