Having yeast infaction

Hi sir, I think i am having a yeast infaction. As my vagina is realising a thick curd like discharge and inside my vagina there are small bumbs in several number. It smells bad also. I just had intercourse with my partner and he also get small bumbs on his penis.i also got my periods and it is itching badly. Kindly help Regards
