I think it's a yeast infection.

My little sister has had irritation around her clitoris for about 2 days. Initially, she had grainy/curd-like white discharge and irritation. Today, she has pain around the clitoris and mild burning/pain while urinating. The discharge is now sticky white mucus, and there is a slightly fishy smell. There is also a small painful white/red area near the clitoris. The white thing is attached to the skin and it's not getting off She used V-wash once before the pain started. She had unprotected sex on 18 August. Could you please tell me what could be causing this and whether she needs any tests or treatment? Sorry for attaching something like this but our mom says it's not good for unmarried girls to go to gynec so that is why I'm consulting the doctor online
