Having pain in right side back joint
After sitting 10 minutes, i am feeling pain in my back on right side joint. Please suggest me exercise, medicine and why this pain even sitting 10 minutes in chair,on ground or any where?

Hi, According to your history it is your Quadratus Lumborum which are getting activated too frequently due to poor posture while sitting. Usually this happens when you sit more on one side of the chair unintentionally causing more stress to your lower back.
