  4. Having pain in my neck. Is happening?

Having pain in my neck
Last week having itching my neck right side and now  i am facing light neck pain and headache last 2 days. could you please suggest why is happening

Do you have pin or niddle like sensations? Are you feeling numbness on arm?in which regions of head you are experiencing headache? It may be orthopedic issue. Use cervical collar and do neck exercises under guidance.
