Having pain in heart
Hello.
I m having pain in my heart from last 2-3 days. But today continously its paining and its like pinching something there & heaviness in left side shoulder. Sometimes its hard to breathe too. Pls tell me, is there anything to worry. Pls suggest me as soon as possible.
