Having pain in hand joints and shoulders
Mostly paining in hand joints or shoulders bones.Already completed the vitamin d3 and b12 course but still pain remains it happened sometimes only.

If the pain is in the small joints of the hand(which you need to mention specifically), then investigations are needed to rule out rheumatoid arthritis.

Detailed clinical examination with blood tests including CBC, ESR, CRP, Anti-CCP antibodies.
