This is because of genital infection. As the area is damp and moist it attracts fungal infection being the commonest. Treatment is simple. Consult a gyn or use some antifungal cream.

Thank you for your question.
It appears that you have quite a severe genital infection possibly inside the pelvis or urinary bladder too. You need to see your gynaecologist soon so you can be tested and treated correctly. If there is a suspicion of a sexually transmitted infection your partner should also get examined and treated by the doctor. You will need to abstain from intercourse till you are completely better and continue to use condoms to prevent infections and pregnancy till you are ready to conceive.
In such cases time is of importance so please do not delay getting treatment and do not self medicate either.
