if you have any pain while passing stools also , you need to consult a surgical gastroenterology consultant, otherwise you can be reassured. Some people tend to get pain in the lower part of the perineum while ejaculation. look for the speed of urine. if it is low, need to get a Uroflowmetry and post void residual urine assessment to rule out obstruction.
