Leg pain after masturbation

Sir am srikanth. I'm having habit of masturbation since 10 years and am of age 27.ill unintentionally tense my legs to get the orgasm. Now a days Im getting lot of pain in my left leg and it is too much to handle.some times. I can't even control the pain. I am worried about it. I had DVT earlier like 5 years ago. I don't know if I'm having the same blood clot again r if the pain is something else. Cause of tensing my leg. And I masturbate 3-4 times a day
