Leg ,knees pain because of masturbation
From past one year I am getting leg and knees pain , I know it's because of masturbation . After masturbation I will get heavy pain , even can't able to rotate freely while sleeping , now I am trying to control the habit of masturbation but how to get this pain out . After I left masturbation for a month also I am getting pain. Can you someone help me for this . I tried to consult doctor but I ashamed to tell that I used to masturbate so I am looking for online suggestion.

Masturbation per see can not cause knee pain what you are suffering.
It might be vit D or other vitamin deficiency or local knee problem to be checked. Without fear or shame go to doctor for check up. Okay?
