Having high esr 37 for a 17 year old
My nephew has been having high fever for last 3 days. He has been given antibiotics pending malaria check. Today malaria report has come negative. Now doctor is suspecting dengue. Pl advise

Possibilities maybe typhoid, dengue, malaria, scrub typhus, urinary tract infection.
To comment which one it is, need tests and examination.
If esr is raised as mentioned above , may need to work up for MIS C ..which is post covid reaction in kids..
