Having fever 98.4 f from yesterday
What to do? Is any medicine required? He is playing and drinking milk also. Doing everything but there is fever? Kindly advise . Age is 2 years 6 months

Give him paracetamol and hydrate well may be due to summer effect

98.4 doesn’t need antipyretic

You mentioned temperature as 98.4 . This is not fever . It is normal temperature even if the body is a little warm to touch . Give Paracetamol only if the temperature is more than 99.4 .
Next Steps
Keep the baby in light clothes , don't make the room too hot . Bathe her daily with lukewarm water

If child is active and there is no other symptoms like cough cold loose motions then paracetamol should suffice
