  4. Fever of 99. 4 F under arm temperature.

Fever of 99.4 F under arm temperature
She is having fever since yesterday in the morning when i checked it is 97.4 for a moment after 2 to 3 min it siddenly raised to 99.4 F under arm temp . Please help me.

Give pcm as per dose. If temperature don't come down then sponge with water.
