Having doubt of dengue problem
I am Trilok yadav facing fever problem as well as feeling cold from last saturday night till date. There are 2 Vomit on first night and feeling body weakness also.In the cvc report, it has reveled that platelets counts are 146000 which reflect doubtful for dengue disease. Kindly advise accordingly.

Check dengue NS1 Ag or dengue igG and igM tests done. Any viral illness can cause platelets fall. It's difficult to comment just based on one value of platelets....that too 1.46lakh z lower near normal level.
