Having digestive problem and weakness
Hi, I am having digestive problems like gas bloating, constipation. Am lil over weight too. Now a days am very weak and getting tired so quickly. Feels fatigue. Any suggestion of ayurvedic medicine would help.

Correct your liver function first.  Take arogyavardhinivati 2 tab 3 times a day. Unyme syrup 10 ml 3 times a day before food and go for slow long walks.

Digestion problems occurs due to your food habits like over eating ,without hunger pank you eat something ,constipation, no fix time for food,late night sleep,junk food frequently. According to you,you r over weight  so you should be careful for all those things because of indigestion you are suffering from fatigue and weakness and also it's due to Obesity.

Take lite diet like Moong dal soup , khichdi, dry ginger powder with warm water . exercise,regular diet ,regular sleep . stop junk food, Bakery items . Ayurvedic medicines and food suggestion have very good results.

Got ur pain n concern though it's unfortunate but who invited all these? Buddy ur in ur twenties n crying for just help won't work. Proactive physical activity and nature is calling you on sports ground to be fit n fine as there is no pill for fitness... Sure raised uric acid will demand medical help but rest correct with ur sports coach.

Yup for digestion there are n number of medicines and the results of each medicine is very good...ur cause of gaining weight might be due to indigestion problem...it is said that all disease are arises from abdomen nly so u have to be healthy from ur abdomen to be healthy...u also having the fatty liver problem also...for that also i m prescribing medicine in it...

As you say, you are overweight so there might be chances of having fatty liver. Hence u have to go through some investigations. Only taking some laxative for constipation is not good. You have to find out what is the cause, so that we can cure that.

The problems you are feeling and the lab findings all are related to digestive system only. The food sleep activity imbalance according to your life need is the cause... good to correct them.. check your daily routine with an Ayurveda doctor one who traces wrong in the food etc pattern and correction itself gives you relief... may need minimum medicine help.
