Hi doctor,
I am 23 years old, always I. Used to have dreams while sleeping but after waking up I will forget most of the times. Sometimes I Will remember the dreams but not the complete dreams,.but from last 5 days I am having only bad dreams and I was remembering the whole dream. It's like my family members death, friends death, people death, tsunami, snakes this was disturbing a lot. I didn't even think of any of these things but still i am getting this dreams. I was getting scared to sleep for next 2 hrs after that dream.In the morning I am feeling anxiety and depression due to that but this was unconscious too. I am totally low now I am not proper with my surroundings people.
Let me know what to do please inorder to come out of this anxiety and depression.
And I am feeling weight in my heart due to this and I am taking deep breaths.
