Working on laptop by keeping it on the floor required you to remain in bent posture throughout the day and especially more for your height. Poor sitting habits and working for long hours leads to muscle issues all over body. First you need to create a tailored ergonomic environment. The pain is due to your fatigued and stiff muscles. Do not do amy walks. The mattress can be uncomfortable if it doesnt match your flexibility status.
