Have to put strain during urination.
I feel blockage or obstruction during urination like there is something inside which stuck in the pipe. I tried the kub and uti test it was a normal report. I feel it is not coming out naturally. Going more frequently than normal. facing this issue since 2019. I am unmarried (no relation). The smell of urine is stingy. I always feel thirsty. Dry mouth. Please help me with this, visited a unilot of doctors.

You have been suffering for 3 years and your investigation for UTI and scan of the KUB area is normal. I think there is a possibility of urethral obstruction. You should repeat urine for culture and start antibiotics. In the meantime you should consult with a Gynaecologist in your area to discuss the possibility of need of urethral dilatation.
